The Local Fan FAQ's
Order cannot be cancelled once it's placed. Payment is processed automatically once your order is placed.
If there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such a replacement order will be set up free of charge. Please send your name, order number and photographic evidence to chelsea@thelocalfan.com
If you are not happy with your order or something has happened with the delivery or quality of the product we ask you to email chelsea@thelocalfan.com with your full name, order number and photos of the issue. Please allow 48 hours before you receive a response.
